Quick fixes

• Stories don't start by themselves: allow location access for the app ("While using"), and check that the guide is downloaded.
• A purchase doesn't show: tap "Restore purchases" in Settings.
• Refunds: these are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com, Order history).
